Flat Roman #2 takes a road trip

Flat Roman #2 went on an adventure with Aunt Jill, Mike and Ian.  They went to an A's game, then they flew to Virginia and made the long drive back to Utah then rode a train back to California.  It was fun for Real Roman to see pictures along the way.

Oakland A's game July 2 with flat Roman!

Getting into the moving truck to move Emily, Lizzy and John John from Salem Virginia to Utah.
Donovan, Emily, and Kids saying goodbye to the Virginia house (with Flat Roman)
Napping with Ian in West Virginia.  Almost to Kentucky on July 19, 2012.
Flat Roman has traveled 530 miles since Emily's house!  Long way to Nauvoo still, but it is all good!

Inside the visitors center at Carthage Jail on July 20, 2012
In the holding cell downstairs.
Nebraska...heading west on I-80.  The Purple Heart Trail signs have been seen since Virginia.  Thank you to all those who serve this great nation!
At a rest stop in Sidney, Nebraska, about 80 miles from Wyoming.  It is hot and windy and there are lots of trucks stopping.  So tired of driving!

Interesting info. Archeological evidence of 2 ancient indian civilizations.

Flat Roman has been driving almost 2100 miles at this point. Almost out of Wyoming. It looks like a big rain storm with some lightening ahead. Less then 140 miles to Salt Lake City. We will have dinner at Roman's house and Joey will take us to the train.
Made it to Utah!  Dropping off the moving truck in South Jordan!

Getting on Amtrak in Salt Lake City to go back to California, July 22, 2012.
